Follows established procedures and guidelines to perform a variety of
simple tasks that form part of the shipment process.

PURPOSE
The purpose of the position is to:
- Performs Gate In / Gate Out transactions, follow on Pick-up / Drop off on externa trucks.
- Follow up and update relevant information in the terminal operating systems (N4 and XPS).
- Ensures a safe and secure working environment, mainly for external parties.
- Operational liaison with drivers and PCOs.
- Provides complete and accurate daily reports.
- Ensure optimal Truck Turnaround Time.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure accurate information updated in the terminal operating systems
- Ensure safe working conditions are kept.
- Promote good relationship with customers, truck drivers, agencies.
- Follow up and adhere to APM processes.
- Truck turn around timing
REPORTING AND SCOPE
- The position reports to the Gate supervisor
- The geographical scope of the position is domestic

Operations Department Staff on a constant basis, mainly PCOs

Truck Drivers
This position works in shift
CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Requires a bachelor degree in port logistics, Information technology, applied economics or any other relevant field
- Requires at least 2 years of experience in a Moroccan port environment
- Requires the ability to maintain high level quality of work under pressure
- Ability to be a problem solver and an independent facilitator in which to resolve any customer issue with due respect of company policies and escalation matrix
- Requires an acceptable level of verbal and written communications skills in English and French
